Once authorized, the apartment is listed on relevant platforms. Photos and videos of all rooms are taken, and the listings are uploaded to the platforms. Posters are placed, and our call center responds promptly to incoming calls. If the apartment is currently occupied, a viewing appointment is scheduled for the clients; if not, and if the key is in our possession, the property is shown immediately.
If the client wants to take a loan, necessary documents are obtained and processed by our finance team. Thanks to our agreements with banks, we offer favorable interest rates and help clients secure the most suitable financing options.
We maintain communication with the client until the title deed transfer is completed. After the transfer, we also assist if they wish to sell or rent the property.
